Billing and cancellation terms for Etsy Integration - EcomZenith

1. Refund Policy Scope

This Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellation, plan changes, and billing adjustments are handled for Etsy Integration - EcomZenith.

2. Shopify-Managed Billing

Our app uses Shopify-managed billing. Charges are created and managed via Shopify billing mechanisms.

Plan upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and any prorated adjustments are handled through Shopify according to Shopify billing behavior and terms.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel an active subscription, navigate to Pricing -> Billing History in the app.

On the Billing History page, click the cancel icon for the active plan and confirm cancellation.

After confirmation, the current active subscription plan is cancelled, and app features remain unavailable until a new subscription plan is activated.

4. Refund Handling

Using the Shopify Billing API, we automatically initiate eligible refunds on a prorated basis.

After initiation, the remaining refund process is automatically handled by Shopify as per Shopify billing rules.

5. Billing Support

If you believe a billing event is incorrect, contact us and we will review your case and guide you on the appropriate Shopify billing flow.
